Refund Policy

Clearline Toolkits sells digital products. Every item is a downloadable spreadsheet that you receive instantly after purchase. Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once they are downloaded, all sales are generally final. That said, we want you to be happy with what you bought, so we will always make it right in the situations below.

Our 30-day guarantee
If something is genuinely wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will repair it, replace it, or refund it. This covers:

• A file that will not open, is corrupted, or will not download
• The wrong item delivered
• A duplicate purchase or an accidental double charge
• A product that is materially not as described on its page

How to request a refund or a fix
Email us at clearlinetoolkits@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the problem. A real person reads every message, and we aim to reply within one business day.

What is not covered
Because the products are delivered instantly and can be kept and used after download, we are not able to refund a simple change of mind once a file has been downloaded, or gift cards. If you are unsure whether a toolkit is right for you, ask us before you buy and we will point you to the best fit. Every toolkit works in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, so there is no software to worry about.

Bought the wrong toolkit?
There is nothing to ship back, so there is no exchange process. Just email us. If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, we will help you get the right one, usually by refunding the first purchase and applying it to the correct toolkit.

European Union and United Kingdom
If you are shopping from the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase for any reason. Because our products are digital and available to download immediately, this right ends once your download begins, which you agree to when you complete your order. If you have not yet downloaded your files, contact us within 14 days and we will cancel and refund the order.

Refunds
Once we approve a refund, we will issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still do not see it, please contact us at clearlinetoolkits@gmail.com.

Before you file a chargeback
If anything is wrong, please email us first. We can almost always fix a download or send a refund faster than a bank dispute can, and it saves everyone the hassle.
